Bellona-Gittings Community Association continues to work with Pinehurst Wine Shoppe to finalize a Memorandum of Understanding. Below is their latest version, which we are preparing to respond to. Please note that we have dropped the suggestion of a right of first refusal.
PWS now wants up to 14 special events per year, as well as keeping open the possibility of selling cannabis products. We welcome your comments as we formulate our response.
There is currently one open position on the Board. We are accepting self-nominations until August 15th. A nominating committee will review all applications at that time and make a recommendation to the Board.
